Thank you for using Diabetes Gladiator. King & Cabouli Direct Marketing, Inc. (the “Company”) values your privacy and provides Diabetesgladiator.com, Diabetesgladiador.com, Mydiabetesteam.com, Thetrillionaires.com, and Ilovemecafe.com, and all associated mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”) subject to this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). By using or accessing the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and the Site’s Terms of Use (the “Terms”), which may be accessed on the Site.

This Privacy Policy describes the way in which the Site may access, store, and share your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). The Company reserves the right to revise the Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice, by updating this document. The most recent version of the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site under the link “Privacy Policy.” By continuing to access the Site after the Privacy Policy is updated, you agree to accept the most recent version of the Privacy Policy in use on the Site.

1.     Use of Site by Minors

(a)  The Site and the Company do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from children under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Site. The Site is in no way directed at children younger than 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. i.     Information you voluntarily submit when creating an account on the Site. Specifically, we may collect information about whether you or a loved one has diabetes, information about your health conditions, demographic information, familial history, and medical history.

ii.     Information you submit when contacting the Site. This includes any information you include in an email to the Site’s administrators as well as any information voluntarily submitted in a form on the Site.

iii.     Information provided by third parties. Some third party websites and mobile applications may submit your Personal Information to us. For example, if you access our Site through a social media platform, or you “like” or “share” our content through a social media application, we may collect information as provided by the third party platform you’ve interacted with. Additionally, if you belong to a third party website that partners with the Site, they may share your Personal Information with us.

iv.     Information collected by advertisers. Third party advertisers, including Google, may use cookies (small text files that track your browsing history) to serve ads based on your browsing history or interests. For Google based ads, you may opt out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting the Ads Settings portion of your Google account.

v.     Information automatically collected by our Site. If your browser or mobile device settings allow, we may place cookies on your computer. (a)  You may not assign the Privacy Policy under any circumstance. The Company may freely assign the Privacy Policy in the case of a merger, sale, restructuring, or reorganization of the Company.
